Return Period
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. The return period begins on the delivery date.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and retain their original packaging. A product does not have to be defective to qualify for a return if it meets these conditions and the return is requested within the stated period.
If an item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, contact us with the order number and a description of the problem.

Eligible returns have no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.

Refund Processing
After an approved return is received, we normally process the refund within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After processing, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
